Immigration matters can shape the course of a person's life, family, and future. An effective legal strategy begins with understanding the unique circumstances for each and every prospective client - Attorney Caron provides thoughtful, individualized representation for those individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system. This representation is informed by an approach that incorporates careful legal analysis, attention to detail and a commitment to clear communication. Every prospective client should understand their options, the challenges they may face and the steps involved in pursuing a path forward.

Tim's practice focuses on immigration matters involving humanitarian relief, removal defense and complex immigration issues, as well as select family-based and employment-based matters.

A Personal History

As the great-grandson of French-Canadian and Lebanese immigrants, Tim has a personal appreciation for the histories, aspirations, and sacrifices that can shape an immigrant family's experience. This perspective complements his professional commitment to representing people from diverse backgrounds with care and respect.

Community Advocacy

Outside his legal practice, Attorney Caron is an advocate for the arts and social causes. His volunteer experience includes work with the Antiquities Coalition and the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless.

Creative Expression

A writer, actor, and musician in his free time, Tim finds that storytelling and creative expression are vital ways people connect, and that such expression can also inform the ways in which a client's story can be most effectively told to an Immigration Judge or a USCIS officer.
